Bailey & Garrett Keaney

Bailey Keaney was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska where she started her career with animals at the young age of 14. She spent three years as a vet assistant at a small animal clinic before deciding to pursue education in equine science at the University of Wyoming. While in Wyoming she received a wrangler position at a luxury guest ranch in Saratoga, WY where she led guest rides, took part in caring for a herd of 184 horses, and assisted with moving cattle on horseback. During her time at the ranch and in courses at UW, Bailey found a passion for equine massage therapy. Since pursuing her education in equine massage, Bailey now holds certifications in Equine Therapeutic Massage Therapy (ETMT), Equine Advanced Massage Therapy (EAMT), and Equine Sports Massage Therapy (ESMT).

Keaney was born and raised in Morrison, Colorado. He spent most of his childhood assisting his parents with their horse boarding facility. Garrett has always had a desire to manage a ranch. To pursue his lifelong dream, Garrett attended the University of Wyoming where he studied Agriculture Business. In 2018 Garrett began a career at a luxury guest ranch in Saratoga, Wyoming where he managed the owner’s personal barn and horse herd. He worked at this barn until 2021 when the opportunity to manage Maria Lake Ranch presented itself. Starting in early 2021 Garrett began managing Maria Lake Ranch.

Garrett and Bailey Keaney both share a passion for wildlife conservation. They are channeling this passion into creating a place where native species of flora and fauna can thrive in their natural habitat.
